Olivier Noudjalbaye DEDINGAR is a lawyer, journalist, researcher, diplomat, and technical expert specialized in political, humanitarian, social, strategic, legal, economic, communication and cultural affairs. Olivier Noudjalbaye DEDINGAR is a senior Chadian national who has brilliantly completed his secondary school and various master’s degrees studies at prestigious universities. With proven professional experience, he is also known for his intellectual rigor, probity, and hard work. A very committed humanist, he has been working in various organizations of civil society both nationally and internationally for the last ten years.
The winner of the first edition of the International Competition of the International Organization of la Francophonie (IOF) on the Triptych “Democracy-Peace-Development” in 2001, he is currently a researcher at the University of Sherbrooke in Canada on the relevant subject of the role of the media in conflict resolution in Africa in the era of social digital networks; An exploratory study of the perception of African and United Nations diplomats through the Malian crisis, Central African Republic crisis, Ivorian crisis, and Boko Haram” thanks to a scholarship from the same institution (PCBF). Creative, versatile, dynamic and proactive, Olivier Noudjalbaye DEDINGAR is willing to contribute his modest contribution to the construction of peace, social welfare, and progress of science at any time and in any place. He always wonders what he could do for the salvation of others, but never what others should do for him.

Julius Akano, is a highly motivated professional with over 20 years experience in business development, program management and project management. He brings a wealth of knowledge from his extensive experience working as manager for Union Bank Marina, Lagos Nigeria. On a day to day basis, Julius directs the operations of CMG in Nigeria. He is an Apostle, spiritual counselor and a leader who demonstrates exceptional human relations skills. He also has an excellent track record of achieving results and implementing new systems. He has a wealth of knowledge in management Information System, administration, banking, finance, and investments. Major in Information Technology from Institute of Data Processing Management, London, UK. He holds various Awards & Acknowledgement as Member of Institute of Data Processing Management (MIDPN) UK. Member of Computer Professional (MCPN), and Associate Member, Institute for Operation Research of Nigeria (INFORN).

He is with Cabinet Numa et Associer as an innovative and successful lawyer highly effective at developing creative case strategies and writing persuasive briefs. He received his degree from EDSEC Ecole de droit et des sciences economiques des Cayes. He quickly adapts to be ever-changing demands of the legal field. Detail-oriented, conscientious and organized with at least ten years experience achieving favorable outcomes. Well versed in trial preparation, research and drafting legal documents for various organizations of civil society both nationally and internationally. It is a truth universally acknowledged that no matter where he shows up, Lawyer & Pastor Civil is fully equipped to do battle. When he takes on a case, his clients reap the benefit of his considerable knowledge, experience and intense personal investment, as well as his ready sense of humor.He is known for his intellectual rigor, probity and hard work while working for UPH Universite Polyvalante d’Haiti Cayes as a director/Adminsitrator. Ms. Shaneze Gayle, Chief Operating Officer of “CMG” – Has a deep passion for helping underprivileged children. During the last decade she has invested time into volunteering in hospitals and disadvantaged communities. She has created educational programs that have been used to raise money, funding secondary education for impoverished youth. She has collaborated with mentoring programs trying to increase minority representation in higher education. She will use her prior skill set as well as determination to bolster Cornerstone Mount Group to new heights, positively impacting more children than ever before.

Mr. Smith, Treasurer of “CMG” – is currently a Senior Bank examiner with the New York State Department of Financial Services in New York where he has served for 21 years. He also has over 36 years experience in banking, finance, leasing and real estate as a lender regulator and operator. Mr. Smith’s experience includes commercial loan underwriting, management, restructuring, financial analysis, conducting feasibility studies, forecasting, and examination of commercial banks, mortgage bankers and brokers, sales and premium finance companies and credit unions.
Mr. Smith began his career in the Banking industries as a Financial Analyst and Assistant Manager for 7 years. He worked with United Jersey Bank in New Jersey in the Commercial Lending Division and spent 4 years underwriting commercial loans. Later, he joined Union Chelsea National Bank Commercial Lending Division in New York underwriting commercial loans, structuring leases and ultimately as Manager of the Bank’s Credit Department for 5 years. Mr. Smith assisted in successfully divesting the bank of its commercial loan portfolio when the institution was restructuring and focusing primarily on leases, mortgages and real estate lending. Mr. Smith served as President and CEO of Crossroads Diversified Corporation, a wholly owned real estate company, responsible for its day-to-day operations, and also as a Vice President of Hillcrest Corporation and Vestry Member of the St. John Episcopal Church in Elizabeth New Jersey.
